By accessing or using Noveria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Noveria. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you post on Noveria. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Noveria maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, explicit imagery, and threats. Any user found engaging in such behavior or posting such content will be permanently banned immediately without prior notice.

4. In-App Purchases

Noveria offers virtual currency ("Nova") for certain features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law and platform policies.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Noveria at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
